How do you record the audio?
We take a direct feed from the sound desk (if available) and supplement it with high-quality room mics to capture the atmosphere.
Can you film in low light venues?
Yes, our cameras are built for low light conditions and we can bring our own lighting equipment.
CAN YOU TRAVEL TO THE VENUE?
Yes! We're based near Chichester, West Sussex and can travel up to 30 miles for free, or further for an additional 45p per extra mile.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE VIDEO ONCE FINISHED?
I will provide a link to download a 4K resolution digital file onto your device. Or I'm able to burn onto DVDs for additional charge.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
It's all in the editing - the more cameras there are, and the longer the performance, the longer it takes to edit.
Are you insured?
Yes, Pixel Palace Films is fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity insurance for every shoot.
