Videography Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is due 14 days before the shoot date.

2. Creative Control

Pixel Palace Films retains creative control over the final edit. One round of minor revisions is included; additional changes will be billed at an hourly rate.

3. Copyright & Usage

Pixel Palace Films retains copyright of all filmed material. The client is granted a license for personal or internal business use. Commercial broadcast rights require separate negotiation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days of the shoot date will incur a 50% fee of the total project cost.
